Will you or an employee be the particular dj for my wedding day?

Some companies have several employess, this question just gives you more information.

What are the range of your wedding day pricing?

Another essential question to insure that the MC/DJ company is within your planned budget. Don't waste time speaking with companies that do not fit your budget. This will reduce your stress.

How many weddings would you estimate you’ve performed?

This is essential to establishing the experience of the DJ. Experience is essential to a successful wedding. You determine how much experience you're comfortable with, whether its 10 or 50 or more.

Have you previously performed at our venue?

This is just more information for you and your groom. It should not be a "deal breaker" if the DJ hasn't performed at your selected venue but it can give your more reassurance during final decisions.

Will you make all of our particular announcements on our wedding day?

It is very Important for you to know whether or not the DJ is truly an MC or just someone that plays music. Remember, guests will need information throughout your wedding day, The MC/DJ is your quarterback with that information to keep everything moving along seamlessly and smoothly.

How many times do you communicate with the bride and groom before actual wedding day?

Communication is key. You are looking to discover what the DJ's approach to "staying in communication" with you will be. A minimum of once is essential whether it's via, Teams, Zoom, Phone Call or in Person. Each method is equally effective.

Are you an open format dj, & do you have an extensive repertoire ?

They DJ must be able to entertain your diverse audience. Simply Stated. The MC/DJ has to have song selections for all your taste & your guest taste as well as know when to play certain music.

Do you have extra items we can add?

If you want additional items, such as fog machines, this is your opportunity to ask.

Do you supply a wireless microphone for Toasts / Prayer?

Necessary Item for announcements etc.

Can we have or make a playlist?

This is an individual choice for each couple, this may be one of the items you want for your Special Day, the ability to have songs you "LOVE" played.

Can guest make requests?

Each couple has different taste in these choices. Requests can be a controversial subject. Make certain the MC/DJ aligns with your taste.

Where can we see your reviews?

This is the opportunity for you to view some of the MC/DJ companies social media post and reviews however you may have already viewed this information in your pre-interview processes. It is always nice to see what past clients have ranted and raved about for your potential MC/DJ....stress reduced & ( excitement generated before the wedding reception even begins! )
